Responsibilities:
· Monitor compliance to Baker Hughes Quality Objectives for all product lines within the District.
· Helps establish overall quality program design and implementation throughout the district.
· Identifies areas of improvement through internal audits and customer complaints.
· Responsible for establishing and ensuring that preventative action are implemented and corrective actions are taken within area of responsibility.
· Perform internal systems audits for all product lines to ensure compliance to global and district specific procedural and process requirements.
· Ensuring that preventative actions are implemented and corrective actions are taken to ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive action request (DocQuest CAR/PAR / FRACUS). Follow-up and review to ensure effectiveness.
· Conduct Vendor audits to ensure compliance to the Baker Hughes requirement for all product lines.
· Monitor performance of suppliers providing critical and special processes.
· Failure investigations support for district QA and Reliability Engineering and R&M.
· Collects necessary data for trends analysis and KPI’s reporting.
· Works closely with the QA team and internal customers within the organization to keep ISO Compliance and improve Quality awareness within the district.
· Set up and maintain a training matrix within the district for QA / QC employees. Provides training to all personnel on BH QMS and related tools.
· Review customer and industry requirements. Ensure compliance to Baker and Customer Quality plans.
· Assures that all products achieve the maximum quality and reliability attainable.
· Handles special projects, as assigned.
· Conducts annual Management reviews. Establish records according to ISO 9001 requirements. Follow-up on actions points as part of continuous improvement process.
Education, Experience Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Management. Preferred minimum of 3 years relevant oil field experience
o Baker Hughes management courses and seminars.
o ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor
o ISO 9001:2008 / API Q1 Knowledge and application.
o BH Product Lines knowledge (Basic Level)
o 6 Sigma Process Training
o Know-It Modules
o Q Manage / docQuest
o FIRST Alert / FRACAS
o SAP
o MAPS
Competencies:
· Excellent analytical skills.
