Location: Singapore, Singapore
Responsibilities:
- To Inspect / verify manufactured parts and purchased items per product requirements.
- Perform Non-Destructive Examination on parts per product requirements when qualify within specification.
- Initiate rejection tags for non-conformance found by QC & follow-up on the disposition.
- Ensure timely follow up on the disposition of the discrepant items.
- Ensure precise & accurate measurements during inspection and testing.
- Ensure timely inspection and testing to ensure smooth process flow.
- Timely update of inspection results to enable effective monitoring of shop performance.
- Monitor and maintenance of all measuring devices.
- Work with other functional groups on Quality related issues.
- To perform inspection & testing with 3rd party inspectors when required.
- Participate in the HS&E safety meetings, inspections and audits.
- Ensure HS&E policies & procedures are followed at all times.
- Use Personal Protective Equipments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC 3 Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or Metal Machining.
- Minimum 3 years of QC inspection or related experience.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Good eye vision and capable of differentiating color.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
