Location: DUBAI, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
-Receives, verifies, and enters individual data/documentation into the Human Resources Information System to generate appropriate records and payroll adjustments; E-pafs, offer, contracts, E&Y, Background screening, relocations, etc..
-Ensures accuracy of all on-line data entered.
-Enters routine employee source data into HRIS; assists in the maintenance of official personnel files, under guidance.
-Maintains and updates documentation tracking systems and databases; ensures proper recording, approval, and filing/disposal of all documents received by the Centre, in accordance with established policies and procedural guidelines.
-Provides backup and assistance to other HR Services Representatives on a rotational basis or as otherwise required.
-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

-Ability to leverage interpersonal skills
-Ability to pay attention to many details in a fast paced environment
-Ability to show initiative in process improvement
-Computer Savvy
-Native Arabic speaker preferred
Education/Experience:
-Bachelors’ degree with 1+ years of experience
